1. Digital Products

Our Style Guides are digital products delivered by immediate download or electronic access. Because of the nature of digital content, our refund policy differs from that of physical goods.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing online. This right does not apply to digital content once download or access has begun, provided you have given your prior express consent for immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once access begins. This consent is requested at checkout, before your purchase is completed. Once you confirm and receive access to a digital guide, your purchase is considered final, except as described below.

3. When a Refund Is Available

We will issue a full refund if you were charged in error or more than once for the same order, if the digital file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible and we are unable to resolve the issue, or if the guide purchased does not match the description provided on this website.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at contact@styliedinparis.com within 7 days of your purchase, including your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. Consultation Services

Refunds or cancellations for booked consultations, including the Executive Image Audit, Leadership Wardrobe Strategy, and Corporate and Retail Image Workshops, are handled individually and agreed upon at the time of booking.
